Required Download - This document should be given to all plan reviewers, inspectors, and contractors who will be working with the QVent system. Giving an inspector the opportunity to review this document as part of the submittal process will avoid surprises down the road. Here is a link for the UL listing on the VCP model of hood used in the QVent. |

Specifications for fans used by the
Qvent system
IMPORTANT! For inline fans, be absolutely sure to tighten all bolts and set screws, check belt tension and alignment, check fan wheel to inlet clearance, check fan wheel for free movement, and test the fan prior to installation. Labor is not covered by the fan warranty, so it is up to you to make sure your fan is in proper working order BEFORE it is installed. Roof mount and wall mount fans should be tested prior to installation as well. |
