All TurboChef units come with a built in "catalytic converter" that zaps the grease, smoke, and odor out of the air. All TurboChefs are closed systems so heat stays in. With minimal grease, smoke, odor, or heat, you need no hood. We have the test results, we have the listings, we have precedence. Cook with no hood.
